Summer Camp Outreach at Berwyn Plaza

BLAST Robotics Team 10989 recently hosted a Summer Camp Outreach at Berwyn Plaza, connecting with families, students, and community members to promote our upcoming STEM Summer Camp. The event provided an excellent opportunity to introduce young learners to the exciting world of robotics, engineering, and hands-on STEM education.
Throughout the outreach event, our student team members showcased a FIRST Robotics Competition robot, explaining how it was designed, built, and programmed. Visitors had the opportunity to see the robot up close, ask questions, and learn about the skills students develop through robotics, including teamwork, critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving.
Parents and students also learned about the activities offered during our STEM Summer Camp, where participants will explore robotics, coding, engineering design, and interactive STEM challenges in a fun and collaborative environment. Whether students are new to robotics or already have experience, our camp is designed to inspire curiosity and build confidence through hands-on learning.
The Summer Camp Outreach at Berwyn Plaza also allowed our team to connect with local families and share the mission of Keystone STEM Alliance, which is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality STEM education and preparing the next generation of innovators and leaders.
We sincerely thank everyone who visited our booth, spoke with our students, and showed interest in our programs. Your support helps us continue creating meaningful STEM opportunities for young learners in our community. We look forward to welcoming many new students to our Summer Camp and continuing to inspire future engineers, scientists, and technology leaders.
