BLAST Robotics Inspires Community Through STEM2Ignite Outreach at Community Music Fest

Keystone STEM Alliance, through its BLAST Robotics student team, participated in the Community Music Fest on October 10, 2026, as part of its STEM2Ignite outreach initiative. The event provided an opportunity for students to connect with the local community, promote STEM education, and share their enthusiasm for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Bringing STEM Beyond the Classroom

Through the STEM2Ignite initiative, BLAST Robotics aims to make STEM education more accessible and engaging by introducing students and community members to the possibilities of hands-on learning. The Community Music Fest offered a platform for our student volunteers to interact with attendees, share their experiences in robotics, and encourage young learners to explore technology and engineering.

By participating in community events, our students gain opportunities to communicate their knowledge, exchange ideas, and demonstrate how STEM can be connected to everyday life. These experiences help make learning more approachable while encouraging curiosity and creativity among young people.
