Community Outreach with Upper Mainline Rotary Club

On April 22, 2026, our BLAST Robotics team—Vivaan KP , Virat Ram Ponugoti, Anabel, Mayon Saha, and CV Pappas along with an adult mentor Swapna Tallapaneni —had the opportunity to present at the Upper Main Line Rotary meeting at Waynesborough Country Club, Paoli.
With guidance from Stacey Ballard , the team shared our mission: Ignite. Inspire. Impact.
We highlighted our journey, rapid growth, and recent recognition—most notably the Rookie All-Star Award at the FIRST Mid-Atlantic Centennial Robotics Competition.
What stood out wasn’t just what we’ve done—but what’s next:
🔹 Global STEM Outreach – Exploring collaboration opportunities in Rwanda to expand access to STEM education
🔹 Community Engagement – Supporting Rotary-led events with student volunteers
🔹 Leadership Development – Launching a Fall initiative integrating Rotary, Scouting America NYLT, and our robotics program
This engagement strengthened our community partnerships and opened pathways for both local impact and global STEM outreach.
We’re grateful to Rotary Club of the Upper Main Line for the platform and continued support in shaping the next generation of innovators.
