Executive Advisory Board
The KSA Executive Advisory Board is composed of respected leaders from business, technology, academia, and science who share a commitment to empowering the next generation through STEM. The board plays a vital role in building strategic partnerships and community connections.
Working closely with Keystone STEM staff and the Board of Directors, the Advisory Board provides expert insight, strategic guidance, and industry perspective. Members also support priority initiatives and contribute to shaping the organization’s long-term direction and impact.

Stacey Ballard
Advisory Board Member | CEO, EADEH Enterprises
Stacey Ballard provides strategic guidance on organizational growth, facilities, and community partnerships. As CEO of EADEH Enterprises, she has supported Keystone STEM Alliance through in-kind workspace and mentorship, enabling the organization’s early expansion.

Bill Lynch brings extensive manufacturing and executive leadership experience. He advises on workforce alignment, engineering education, and industry partnerships, and supported the launch of Keystone STEM Alliance programs through early STEM funding.
